Will this intake clear the 4th gen cowl?

Price is attractive and I may get a LY6 engine. Need to know if I should find a LS3 intake or if this will clear?

looks like short rams to me, it might fit under the cowl as long as you dont have a STB

Looks identical. Gonna measure my SS and 98 TA tomorrow and see what it looks like. It said on the site that it was redesigned to clear and is only 2" taller than stock.
