Welcome to LS1Tech! I can’t help you with your cars numbers, but I’m sure someone will come along and help you out.

There were only 34 Bright Green Formulas built for 1998 but yours appears to be the teal color in your avatar - you can check your RPO codes for 79U (teal) or 31U (green). That 130 is just for color and model... combinations of other options could reduce that number somewhat but do you really want to be saying "I have one of only ten 1998 Formulas in teal with automatic transmission, black interior, cassette Monsoon, 2.73 rear, no alarm, no WS6, 16" wheels, ..."?

At that point, most of these cars are somewhat "rare" unless they are an extremely common color like black, bright red or pewter - especially Formulas and Camaros since they had more optional equipment than a Trans Am (on which some of those features were standard).
The BGC/Teal color was offered for multiple years during the LS1 body style, so while it may be only one of XXX in that color for that model year, it's still visually the same as a '99 or '00 in that same color - just something to keep in mind when evaluating true rarity.

No I'm not saying I have a million dollar car I was just curious to see what this car was as far as with the stuff that's in it that's it because it won't have it in it anyway

There are a couple of stickies at the top of this forum which have production numbers of various models and options. They don't have option combinations (i.e. you won't find how many had both t-tops and manual transmissions) but you can get an idea of which options were popular individually.
