Exclamation Please HELP!!

well guys I hate to have to be posting this but my blackbird has been diagnosed
and its not good!!
basically back about 1 year ago I took it out for a drive and I seen it had very low oil pressure
and I was told it was possibly the oil pump or the oil pump O ring
well I just got a phone call that there was metal found in the oil and it started to knock
😔😣 IF THERS ANYBODY OUT THERE THAT COULD RECOMMEND ME WHO TO SEND THE CAR TO GET THE BOTTOM END RE BULIT

this car means the world to me please help me find somebody to fix this dang thing

LME. I've had several engines and rebuilds from them. I would say Texas Speed next. Both of these are engine builders not really shops. They probably would require you to bring just the engine in. LMR in Houston is an actual shop but they stay pretty busy.

Gwatney Performance in Jacksonville, Arkansas might be fairly close and worth calling for a rebuild or new engine. They seem to have a good LS/LT reputation.

Not sure if they only build and tune or also do install.

Default Guys its coming back

Well let me catch you guys up
my dad passed down to me a 2001 GMMG Black bird
transam WS6 it’s number 5 of 50
he put a heads cam intake and throttle body and a set of hooker headers..fast forward 2/3 years ago it had very low oil pressure and it had metal in the oil..
so it sat for over 2 years in my driveway come present day it’s over at 727 motorsports in Paragould Arkansas
5 rod bearings was spun and the crankshaft was damaged so I’m now making it a 383 Stroker with a fully forged BTR Rods and pistons BTR Red hot cam
and if my heads are good I’m going to keep them if not I’m going with the ARP 243’s

You could send the heads to Texas speed for a port and polish. They can assemble the valvetrain and skim the deck for flatness. Best bang for buck imo. Stroker need air though, you could benefit from a set of AFRs paired with a midlength runner manifold for sure.
