Default 92 1/2 Firebird Formula anyone have one??

mu uncle has a black 92 firebird formula that was the introduction to the 4th generation. it is one of like 200 i beleive. does anyone have one on here? that car hauls major ***. he also has a black 2002 WS6 and the formula whoops the hell out of it. its rated at 275 horse but my uncles never dyno'd it. im wondering if anyone else has one and can vouch for the ***** its got, or if its just a freak or something. i think pontiac put a little more juice into them for the opener but i cant be sure by just 1 car. both cars are bone stock and its just nuts how the old car performs.

SLP had a package you could order with those cars then. It came with High flow runners, catback, and a new airbox. Maybe headers, but not sure. Any pics? Sounds like a nice ride. I had a 91 GTA, it was pretty decent performance wise. No LS1 but deffinatly no slouch.

275hp is what the LT1 was rated 93-95, which would mean your dad's car would be a 93. If it's a third gen, it might possibly have some SLP options like someone else mentioned. It'd be a catback, headers, chip, intake, and runners. The only other thing it could be is a Firehawk.

Either way, it shouldn't be whipping up on an 02 car.
