In reality, Tornatic, you could easily find a 01 WS.6 in the 15-19 price range with the miles you are looking for. They are all over the internet...just be patient. I looked for 6 months before I found my hawk, and I got exactly what I wanted.

I bought my 1999 Formula for $9700 just a couple months ago, its in Mint condition in/out, had all options except leather, runs like new, and had 68,000 miles on it. I pay only $250 per month for insurance and I'm only 18. And I get 300 miles on a tank of gas.... insane for a 5.7L I love it! Sure you can find one for cheap, you just have to look around, but be careful, alot of places like to overcharge you for em'.... make sure you look on KelleyBlueBook first. And my opinion is if you find a T/A without a ram air hood thats in really good condition with low miles, BUY IT, because a ram air WS6 hood (painted) will run you around $1000, which is cheaper than buying it at a dealership where they dont know much about the car and would charge you $3000 more because of the hood. Good luck crossing over from the dark side and becoming an LS1 junkie like the rest of us!
