Default High Pitched Pulley Squeal?

Does anyone have an idea about how to address a high pitch squeal (not too loud) that seems to be pulley noise while the engine is running? I only hear it when the vehicle is in the garage, but my wife hears it all the time. ( I guess that she has better hearing than I do!)

Thanks!

Maybe use a penetrating oil on the nut.
