Default T/A or SS

I've been looking at 02 ss and im starting to like them alot more than my collectors edition. I just like more of the fact that i could be able to actually mod my exterior w/out changing the price of the car. Plus i'll probably have some money left over if i found a good price on one. If any of you guys have driven both of them let me know your opinion! Tell me what yall think i should do.

You posted this in the "Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002" Forum. I think you'll see a lot more pull for the 'bird here than you will the SS.

I just like the looks of the WS6 more and a few of the smaller features, that's why I have one but the SS's are nice cars too. It comes down to personal opinion and I think y2k is right, pretty much everyone in here will be with the WS6. What ever you think, both have the same setup so it comes mostly down to looks and a few other minor features.

I love the rotten banana look. Sucks you can't mod it much, but you know what, that car is going to be worth only a couple grand more than the other WS6's until they start appreciating again 25 years from now. By then are you still going to have a near no mile CETA???

Go ahead and mod it and just keep the stock parts. I modded my Firehawk, but that's OK, it's mine and my choice is what matters when it comes to MY property.

If you really hate "ruining" your car (which is a matter of thought, GM didn't make a perfect product) sell it to a collector who will preserve it and then go hog wild on another more common f-body.

Keep your car and just mod it anyway if you plan to keep it for a long time. If you are why worry about resale value?

Keep your collectors edition, I almost bought one instead of my SS but didn't but I wish I did. They look so much better. If you plan on keeping it, mod it.

i love the look of a clean SS, but ive only seen two CETAs since ive been in Va, and damn theyre sharp. i would keep the CETA, if you had just a regular TA i would say trade it for a SS, but not a CETA

for the most unbiased answers post in the special ed. forum firebirds will completly overwhealm here

and i would keep the ceta myself, adn as stated before mod it to your hearts desire, just keep all the original parts, i would only think twice about non reversable mods.

Another vote for keeping the CETA, they're just so badass looking. And like already said mod it, just keep the stock parts.
