Default Project "Knight"

so i went insane and bought another 3rd gen Firebird. but i couldnt stand hacking up the GTA to use as a track car. espeically when it would be too hard to keep the lux of the GTA and still try and keep the weight down. So this car pretty much fell into my lap. i think its a much better canditate for my new and soon to be rebuilt 355. there is next to no rust on this car. It spent most of its life in Texas. and its all stock except for a flow master catback.
heres the pics. ill have more when it stops raining.

and heres one of my old formula for those of you who never had the pleasure of seeing her.

Slick Formula! Did you give up on the conversion? Or just on hold?

I had one just like that with a 305 HO and 5speed. I put a 350 in it ,then the clutch went, the rear went ,the driveshaft broke. But that was a very fun car to drive back in the day. I still have 2 GTA's ,1 Iroc, and my 02 SOM WS6. 3RD gens are my first love and I still have my first car ,which was a GTA.

Nice looking Formula. I love 3rd gens. Maybe my wife will let me get a project car one day to build up.

Thanks. I was all about Knight Rider growing up. That is what made me turn my Flame Red 89 Formula 350 into this! -->

And honestly, I'm fiending for another 3rd gen just to restore and leave looking stock. Although I'm torn between getting another 3rd gen, or picking up a 77 Trans Am. That way I'd have a 2nd, 3rd and 4th gen.
