My uncle just picked up an 06 Mustang GT and is talking mad ish about my 99 T/A....what do yall think about those Mustang GTs??? I need someone to make me feel better about my 7 year old car

As for performance, dunno about the 06 in particular, but AFAIK, the 05s were slower than the LS1 F-Bodies.

 

Ask him how HOT his car's going to look when it's 7 years old with 100k miles on it.... Then ask to race your high milage 7 year old car against his shiny new girly car. Those cars were made in '64 mainly for the women and youth market. That's why it was called the "secretary's" car in the late 60's comparing it to the '67 Camaro "muscle car."

Just remember he owns a secretary mobile, think of it that way.

It already looks like a 40 year old beater even though he just bought it! I'm just bashing the furd, but honestly I'm already over the retro-mustang look. I really don't like 'em.

 

Stomp a mud puddle in his *** and then tell everyone at the next family reunion.

thanks fellas....i feel much better now...everyone in my area is all over those mustangs and dont give a second look at my fbod....i told him to look into the 06 GTO over the stang but he just laughed....
