Default New Trans Am owner! Updated with new PICTURES

Well, today is my second day with my "new" car. Today and the rest of the weekend are gonna be cleaning/familiarization days and i'm gonna try to get some pictures for you guys. I posted about it briefly in the new owner forum, but for those of you who don't venture there...

It's a '00 Pewter/Black(ebony)? M6 with the factory chrome wheels and turned over 74k on the ride home. The only thing that was modified by the ORIGINAL owner that I bought it from was the drop in K&N. The exhaust sounds pretty good to me, but i'm about 99% positive it's the stock setup. I'd like to find a catback that sounds like an amplified stock setup if possible. I'm thinking I need to get a short handle for the Hurst, it sticks up too high. Oh, and the skip shift needs to be eliminated!

Let's see, as far as modifications planned, TURBO! So yeah, it's not getting longtubes ever. I'll most likely do H/C/I before that, so I can get a good baseline on motor and go from there. Holy crap is that engine bay cluttered! I've heard about the Air/EGR delete stuff and I think I need to look into that to clear up some real estate! It needs a lid, that stock setup is a joke! SUSPENSION! It is riding nice and Cadillac like, not that it's bad, but I see some Bilsteins and springs in it's future. I'm registed over on FFRAX and i'll probably be doing some suspension tuning here and there.

That's about it for now, i'll get the pictures up here before long. I suppose I can add a signature now huh?

Just borrowed a digital camera, but I need to charge the batteries AND clean the car. I've been out running errands with the wife in her car all day, so I haven't had time to spend some "quality" cleaning time on the new addition. I did get to take the dumb dealer sticker off the rear of the car, those things **** me off. I don't know why the guy I bought it from left it on there. Anyway, I promise some pictures this weekend.

They sure are nice! So far I have seen two other identical cars on this board. I'm sure there are more. I'm keeping the stock hood so you can add me to the Sleek Beak roster!

Pictures are coming, I got a few taken today after I washed it. I think I cleaned the car for about 3-4 hours today.

Yeah, one of my neighbors has a Z-28 with some type of exhaust on it (I haven't been able to ask yet) and it is MUCH louder than my car. I suppose he could have a cutout that is running open all the time too, but I don't feel like crawling under a strangers car.

Silver- Your car sounds great, i'd like that sound. Car is beautiful as well.
