the 94's either came with the 3.4 or 3.8 V6....if you have a 3.4 get rid of it.......3.8 keep it and get supercharger out of a grand prix........the get a different pulley for the first mod....those 3800 are good engines....or you could also through an lt1 or an ls1 in it...

The 3.8L engine first become an option in 95 and the super charger off the grand prix wont clear the hood on the firebird........

the supercharger on the grand prix isnt worth it i though. gives u some gain but not as much as if u were to put on a custom kit from FFF or someone liek that. 3800 is a really reliable engine and the aftermarket support for it is increasing. check out www.camarov6.com they have al ot of information. and i got a question. what r the differences from a mid 90's 3.8L V6 to a 2002 Camaro 3.8L V6?

Default Engine

ok heres the deal...I have a 94 Firebird (just a stock one, nothing special) but its only a 3.4L not a 3.8L .
now I heard that if its a 3.4 to get rid of it....well what should I get in its place thats not to expensive....what would be my best bet?

now I wanna be able to customize this sucker like crazy, I just dont know if I should say skrew it and wait to get a diff car or if I should just try for a new Engine.

This site might help you out: http://www.fullthrottlev6.com/forums/

If you need more info on it, my fellow Pontiac Firebird forum moderator "epic" would probably be glad to help you out.
