Dude, its just a resistor, you could buy it at radio shack for a few cents cheaper, BUT I think it was installuniversity did a test on these things. Supposedly they trick the computer into thinking the IAT is reading like -34 degrees or something like that so it doesnt retard timing. But for whatever reasons their tests show that it actually retards MORE timing with that little thing and you lose power.
Long story short, dont waste youre time or money, if you could get 20hp from a resistor it would be all over LS1Tech.
I used to have one of these when I was mostly stock (a resistor that I had integrated into the IAT so it didn't look any different) Who knows if it helped, but definately not worth it IMO, plus if you have one of these on a car thats been dyno tuned (you have to use a normal functioning IAT sensor to dyno tune anyway) it can cause issues with the effectiveness of the tune. Keep the IAT sensor how it is, its there for a reason

-34 would make the car dump fuel like crazy and flood the cylinders, causing some very hard starts, and rough driving. Mine read 32 or 36* on HP Tuners (sorry don't remember which it was), so I think you just got a lil mixed up with the '-'. I promise I'm not trying to be rude, I just wanna make sure you have the right info
