Just as the title says, i was going to plan on selling my hood. it is in great condition i just dont know how much to ask for it. new from GM its $790 and i know i wont get anything near that but i was just kinda wondering what they are going for.

 

Can't hardly give them away, unless you find someone with a wrecked car that needs one asap, ...
Seen a couple of them in the 'For Sale' forum or someone around here lately. With the same/similar questions & comments.

I know of 2 recently that went for 40 and 50 bucks.

 

wow, and GM has the nerve to want that much money for one new.

 

Best bet is to get a big Firebird decal, throw it on and hang your hood in your basement rec room or garage. As stated, you can barely give them away. I'm still sitting on mine over a year later. No demand for them at all.

 

damn, these are just the responses i thought id get. O well, i kinda like the hanging on the wall idea lol. for that price might as well i guess. ya i couldnt belive how much they wanted for a new one either!
