I've been watching Simpsons lately and I finally paid attention to the episode where Homer buys Snakes car. Well I noticed that it is a 67/68 convertible bird with a blower. We all know the TA was on Smokey and the Bandit but what other TV shows and Movies have the Infamous bird in it?

 

Apu also owns a firebird which is shown during season seven - episode thirteen.

i was watching some movie the other day.. have no clue what it was. but it had kid rock in it. he was chasing some dude in another carm but kid rock was in like a 79 t/a. it was silver i think.

 

Apu has a red 2nd gen Trans Am, 77 or 78.

and the kid rock movie was Joe Dirt. i read about it somewhere....it was an all original 1979 10th aniversary pace car, with something like 1500 miles on it.

 

I think you are talking about Joe Dirt. That is the only movie that I can think of kid rock is in and I think he does have a T/A. Joe Dirt gets a Hemi....

 

I think someone in American Wedding had a 79 T/A.

I watched Bull Run and was quite happy the Dad and Daughter driving the Firebird won. When it was just 3 people left, I sadly didn't think they'd make it either. They had trans problems on the highway, but dad managed to fix it. Blew a line :S

 

in the new movie "i now pronounce you Chuck and Larry" with Adam Sandler and Kevin James, Adam's character drives a 98-2002 WS.6....saw it in the preview yesterday when i went to see Transformers.

 

One of the characters in the short-lived "X-Files" spin-off entitled "The Lone Gunmen" drove a NBM Fourth-Gen WS6 'bird. The character was "Jimmy Bond" (Stephen Snedden).
