I heard that you have to give them your T/A and then they turn around and modify it for you, or has that changed

But about the rims, 499 each for 17x9, not too bad for custom rims
but yea 899 and up for 18x10 and bigger

Thumbs up

Car looks pretty cool. I've always felt quite nostalgic when it comes to the original 'Smokey and the Bandit' (the movie and the car) and I'm glad to see that the buzz hasn't died after 30 years.

Anyone who is interested in the whole Bandit T/A scene should check out this month's Automobile Magazine, they have a multi page article on the topic.

Thumbs down Not practical, IMHO.

If you saw the show on Hot Rod TV then you would know for that kind of coin ($150K+) the car comes with it
IE: no you dont give them a car, they supply it...
How many will sell for that price....really, under 10?

I too think for around $50k-60 these would sell, $150k...not so much.

no no no, I didnt say for the 150K, just back when they first showed the conceptual designs I remember reading that they said you would donate your 2nd gen and they would convert it.

and I agree with you about the 50K
