its probably your flasher... there are 2 under your dash, the one on the left side of the steering column is for the hazards, the one for the blinkers is most likely attached to your steering column on the right side, if it hasnt fallen down off of there, and if it has, you can trace the wires most likely to over by where the console meets the dash... thats where i found mine the last time i needed to change it, and thats exactly what mine would do, the bulbs were all ok, but they wouldnt blink, they would just come on solid.

it will look like one of the ones in the top row, usually a silver canister...

something simplier is a burned out bulb
without the resistance it wont heat up the flasher
to switch it off and on.

change the blinker fluid....just kidding, sorry I couldn't resist. It's usually the bulb from getting wet.

hello, just last sun my blinker (pass side) went out and changing bulb fixed although the plastic bulb holder was a little burnt color. works now! ps the tiny one on the side of the car is NOT the blinker. opps! that cost me $4.25 to find out.

My car does that when a bulb is burnt out. Check your turn signals.
