Ethics on WS6?
Would it be ethical, to put a WS6 badge on it and just say "Yes", under the Law of F-Bodies? I know everyone will say "well it's not a WS6, why fake it".... but would you do it?

Is it ethical to badge mine with a special decal that says "WS6 Suspension Package" rather than the "Performance Package" you commonly see.
What's your opinion guys? I don't want to offend any true WS6 owners, after all, the 1999 30th Anniversary TA was the car that hooked me on F-bodies.
My car is a clone ws6, and i find it easier to tell ppl its a ws6 (except ppl i know, but if some random joe walks up and says hey is that a ws6? its just easier to say yep)

I have many people assume that it is a WS6 because of the R/A Hood but I tell them it is not. I also explain that the only reason I have the hood is because I couldn't pass it up at $250.00.

On topic, if its some noobie kid I would just tell him yes so you dont have to spend 10 minutes explaining the differences. If its another fbody owner, or someone who is into cars, then tell them its just a clone.
edit: I had a guy at the track ask if my car was a WS6 or not (my badge fell off
) and I told him yeah. Then he tells me that I have a sleeper now since the car has no badge, because the WS6's "have bigger injectors, a better computer chip, and better heads." I just nodded and said "yep". Last edited by JD_AMG; Oct 24, 2007 at 05:37 PM.
dont you kids forget how "Ram Air" got started either......back in the 60s and early 70s, you had a Ram Air.....Ram Air II, Ram Air III, the famous Ram Air IV, and infamous Ram Air V.
