Headlight motor circuit problem

Headlight motor circuit problem I have a 91 Firebird, the left headlight motor is not getting voltage to open, I changed the module with a used one and had the same results. Has anyone had the same problem?

the module isnt getting power?
check the fuses and wires going to the module, I know a buddy of mine had an 89 with a similar problem, turned out there was a fire inside the car, and it torched the wiring and the guy who owned it before did a crappy wiring job, seriously it looked like the automotive electrical section from walmart took a crap under the dashboard
