Some pisshead tried to impress me one time at the local carwash saying..."cool car but one time I almost bought one way better than that, it was a 2003 Camaro with the big block engine..."

Needless to say I told him the hard, cold truth, right into his face and enjoyed the whole process of making him look like an ***....

Not so much if its a ws6, its the looks I get when I tell them its an auto. They usually get a look like I just kicked their dog.

lol ive had people all the time say my cars a WS.6 and then when I tell them its not they act like a drive a 6cyl or somethin. Then i try and tell them the diff, between a WS.6 and a Trans Am but by this time they have already lost interest. Im like WTF its crazy how much knowledge the general public does not know about cars.

I dont get as many people who say it now because I put on WS.6 wheels did have the chrome 16's guess i just need to start agreeing with everyone lol

when i was 16 i had an 89 formula 350 and i got my first speeding ticket, the cop wrote is as "red trans am" in vehicle type. hell... it only said "formula 350" down to doors about 24" long, and said Firebird on the registration.

when i was young and arrogant i wanted to argue that in court. like WTF this guy clearly was not paying attention.

now, 10 years later.. who gives a f__k. call my car a pinto... you'll be looking at the tail lights if you try anything.... so you won't even get a good enough look.

you should simply explain to them that their car is not a standard because it's a sports car, nor because it is fast. It's because it's cheap, and it makes it a more efficient econobox.

i don't. i just think it's absurd that auto owners try to justify their mistake with BS about rear end shock and traffic.

or to spout such ignorance as stated above.. about standards being "cheap." BS.

if you hooked up a polygraph to most auto owners most would rather own the M6.

the grasping at straws that insues is ridiculous.

i retreat to a statement now made 3 times in this thread. why care what people think. i think autos are incredibly tame... other people think your T/A is a sunfire.

who cares. those who lash out.. call me ignorant are just wrestling with their own doubts.

Not that I give a flying **** what YOU think... but my car is an M6

Personally i prefer driving a stick as i find it more fun

HOWEVER i respect what the auto is for and what its capabilities are... you obviously do not - which is why i called your statement ignorant.

You think you are billy ****** bad *** because you can drive a manual transmission? big ****** deal, my mom could probably out-shift your ***.

Like the old saying goes, manuals impress high school kids, auto's win races.

go **** yourself buddy and i hope you learn a thing or two around here!
