4th gen's and hood bird's?????

I see your point...but it seems like it fits better (from a size perspective) than some of the other ones. Some of the hood birds I've seen are definitely not official GM designs.
That modded 2010 Camaro T/A is so badass...unfortunately, I still know in my heart that it's not a T/A. I do like that bird as well...I wonder how would it fit on a 4th gen hood?

I think the best looking hood bird is the one showcased in this article...

It's from Phoenix Graphix, an officially licensed GM supplier.
I'm heavily considering doing this hood bird on my 01 black WS6.
I think it looks mean with the right bird, but really bad with the wrong bird.

Thanks for posting the link to the story. I have the issue of HPP where they added the Screamin' Chicken to the non-WS6 Hood. That car looked good, but this one is outta sight!

Not to Hyjack, but...
FYI - A graphics shop in Lexington (Yes, NC NOT KY) did mine - they can put any colour you want on / in it; they are right on the main N / S road in Lexington - "Banners and Such" is their name.

I think gold is the logical choice, but I'd consider something in the silver or gunmetal family. Maybe with some black areas. Unless you are really wanting to match a certain 2nd gen design, I'd consider altering it up a bit. That MRM is such a rare color, I'd really rather see something on the subtle side moreso than a highly contrasting red. Just my opinion, but you asked.
