Went today at lunch and a fully loaded with sunroof GT was $33K + ttl. With rebate it would be $30K +ttl. Only way to get lower was to get a base GT with cloth for $27K +ttl. I went and looked with my Citigroup discount and a fully loaded was $30 + ttl. There isn't much difference between supplier price and MSRP.

Yeah the invoice is only $1500 lower than sticker. But I got my dealer to look for a car because they have none but he is going to get it close to $26.5k. I did this to the floor manager too. But I haven't called them back after they said they had some options for me, cuz I don't know if the girlfriend is buying the Camry or not.

There is $3k in rebates and $500 dealer cash. Or 0% for 60 months/2.9% for 72 months. I don't know how they did it but I am paying $26,800 plus $199 for documentation.

^^^ that's a good deal. I got quoted $28,599 from Freeman + TTL. Haven't called the guy back yet from James Wood. All my prices quoted are for brand new 09 G8 GT with performance and sport upgrades and sunroof.

I didn't care about a sunroof. Plus, the one I got was before the price increase.

My $26,800 was with the rebates and dealer cash yes. Couldn't take the 0% and have my payments where I need them to be.

Yeah that's a good deal. They are stickered at $42k aren't they.

A few months ago they had the $2k dealer cash that helped. Now it's only $500.

Yes, good deal. A lot of d-bag dealers are selling them ABOVE sticker price as collectibles. The dealer I got my GT from did that for their GXP. I kinda wish I had held out, but meh, I love the car itself.

good im going to pick it up within probably the week....waiting for it to get to the dealer from another dealer. I cant freakin wait. Fortunately the dealer im going to doesnt work on commission, they are paid salary so they really dont care what they sell a car for.

I heard this is pretty rampant now on the G8 forums. Everybody thinks that they are going to steal these cars for nothing, but infact they are jacking the prices.
