There have been 3-4 price increases since the beginning of production. All stickers (MSRP) with both packages and sunroof are $35,000, $34,000 without it. Invoice is $31k. NEVER have I seen $29k. Your $31,555 is the invoice for all G8's before the price increases (like mine).

I got in on the 0% for 72 back during memorial day, they have that going again for the july 4th weekend up until the 6th. Back when I bought mine I got them to come down $2600 off msrp and just barely qualified for the 0 for 72 months (Good credit but I'm only 24 yrs old). Like what others have said, lie if you have to....say you got a better price elsewhere.....I told them I had another dealer offer me $2500 off msrp so they came back with $2600 off ![Grin](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)
In reality I knew I was buying that day since it was the only silver GT with sport/prem/sunroof within 300 miles of me......but don't let them know that!

On the grand prix and i think even the impala ss of the 5.3 v8 series you can take the front motor mount and flip it over and it would give the effect almost of a torque dampener sp*
basicly tap the gas after the mod and its like gooooone!
however, if you dont replace the bushing with a poly, expect it to go out the door after xx,xxx miles or so....

I am wishing I woulda got white. I see one in my area every now and then and love it. Thought black would be great the more I see it, the less spectacular it is. lol White looks **** with the black and chrome on it. But oh well. Still LOVE the car!

went to one dealer today- they had a 08 that had 3,000 miles that I got to 24,300 but when we got to financing they told me 471 a month, I got up and walked out.
I hate douchbags at car dealerships. I guess I will be finding one somewhere else. I have tomorrow to find one for 0% financing.

Over on Cars.com i see some goin for $24k to $28k within 500miles of where im at. They are used but quite a few do have low miles on them.
Im really considering trading in my SS for one. Hate to let the SS go but in a way. I need a newer/low mileage daily driver. Not to mention, the extra room helps out more.

Tell the salesman, "I can do my own math, thanks."

I paid 25.5k + TTL for a white 2009 G8 GT with 6 miles on it in February 2009. Has everything but the sunroof (sport, premium). I can't remember exactly, but I think the MSRP was 32330 or something.
I don't buy without special events (over and above sales you see on tv or internet - example houston auto show bonus, gm card rewards, special gm card coupons, etc), so I expect you can pretty much have one of these without my extra bonusses for 26.5k or around 27.3k fully loaded with sunroof.
Houston has a ton of these on the lots right now. For ease of use, look at the total MSRP (jncl. destination), take 10% of it and double that -- that's the ballpark figure, 20% off + TTL.
