Default G8 GT motor designation

So is the motor the L76? Just wanna make sure for plate ideas. I know the GXP is LS3 and L99. lol

Yes, I'm pretty sure it is called the L76. But, the GXP, whether M6 or A6, comes with the LS3. The L99 comes in the A6 Camaro SSs with all the AFM/DOD crap.

2008 and + GT's L76, GXP for autos and for manuals is LS3

The GT is a L76 and the GXP whether its an A6 or M6 is a LS3.

The L99 is a Camaro engine for the A6.

Which is the point. It will look a lot like the regular plates in the county I live in but not registered in.

I figured, register in my home county where there isn't a wheel tax and use that money for custom plates and still come out ahead. Plus I think it's going to look great.
