not a good comparsion.

it is for tuning..

take my gto for example put 362 and 381 on one dyno... on another dynojet put 337 and 357 one week later same exact mods
both SAE numbers

Yeah, we get it alright...dyno's are for tuning and you can't race
a dyno down the track. However, if it's the same dyno and they are
calibrated properly. SAE numbers tend to be very similar for cars with
similar mods.

The OP is asking for some insight and your just busting people's *****.
Great job. Maybe you should spend more time trying to get that bill goat
of yours to get out of it's own way instead of making useless posts.

Lol, you're a joke. Dyno numbers don't mean crap. A dyno is a tool to baseline tune a car for max power. The tune should change once the rubber hits the pavement at the track. You have a 620rwhp Cobra, what did it run at the track?

Quicker and faster than your car on blower, without touching the nitrous.
...and my sig is outdated. That's how important dyno numbers are to me.
BTW, I'm no hater...that's a pretty damned quick car you've got there.

seems more like that gmc was just giving his opinion and telling the op not to worry about dyno numbers and to worry about how the car actually performs and you just laid into him.

to the op, you have an auto, it will dyno lower than a manual which you probably already know, just take that dyno as a baseline and go from there.

How many miles were on it? As you put mileage on the car the hp will increase.

Ours had about 2,000 miles on her for the first dyno and put down 352/361 rwhp untuned.
The 2nd time the car had about 8,000 miles and synthetic oil in it and she put down 377/386 rwhp untuned, yes she's a M6 car, so you will have some hp loss through the auto. But those original numbers you posted are low. Get her broke and and some miles and she'll put down better numbers.

I know Livernois just had another auto GXP on their dyno, I think Rick mentioned to me it made 322 rwhp and was fully broken in at over 5k miles!!! on the positive note he said it left makine over 370rwhp with just a roto-fab, corsa, and their tune

He has gotten some miles on and ran it in the 1/8th mile and he went 9.0 off the interstate with 100% everything in it. Should be doing exhaust and intake and tune soon.

my 13.08 was a 8.48 1/8

so 319 broke in..to 369
so lt's no cats and CAI with more tuning netted u 50hp? sounds about right the lt's with tune can gain anywhere from 20-35 it seems and CAI will give u around 10.. so it all seems inline...

i need some headers for mine..

Well it was weird the GT picked up 23whp with us just pulling the stock filter this GXP only picked up 1whp lol The stock intake and air filter looked the same. Anothing the the GXP mufflers and mid pipes are different. The GXP mufflers are a lot louder then the GT's were with the LT and off road mid pipes. The stock GXP mid pipes were bigger and looked like they flowed more then the stock GT pipes too
