I just picked this up yesterday. Its an 08 Liquid red GT, 46k miles. I got it for 22k out the door so about 19.6k for just the car. the only issue i have found are the truck doesnt latch all the time (dealership is fixing that), it seems to have had a fender bender that was fixed (dull paint on the passenger rear bumper) and i think that about it. Brand new tires, interior is in good shape and i have the factory warranty for another year.

 

Welcome, we got ours back in March and I still love it. Watch the lower front bumper, it seems to be a perfect height to hit everything.

Yup ill check it out! And yea I noticed the front bumper is pretty low, I parked about a foot away froma parking bumper just because I didn't want to take the chance. I do have a question about the drivers seat, mine seems to not go very far forward, my mom cannot even reach the pedals when its at the closest position, is that normal?

 

No idea, but I do know the passenger seat (bottom) is about an inch shorter than the driver's side.

 

so is there anything you dont like about the car besides the low front bumper?? i want a G8 GT as my daily

 

Here's the trick w/ parking a G8... works best when perpendicular parking but it's a good rule of thumb in general:

When you pull into the parking space, look through the area directly underneath the driver side mirror. When you see the curb come into view, stop. When you get out, your lower bumper will be about foot away from the curb.

 

Only thing I dislike is how prone they are to paint chips on the front of the car.

Congrats man, it's a nice change from a 4th gen, more refined.
Join the g8forum, some good free mods, best one is the rear deck sub mod.
Get a tune, you will like the car even more. Cortex tuner is a great starter, but I am sure you know the drill with your T/A there.

I love mine. even though it spends the majority of it's existence parked in my climate controlled garage on a battery tender lol nice and safe..and warm. like a caged animal.
