Ready to make a new G8 bumper... What do you want? We can make anything from a GXP OEM to ANYTHING you've seen and want. Problem is we need something 30 people would want. So few of these cars and the cost to make a quality piece is high...
It would be 100% OEM quality (except it would be made of a BETTER quality urethane) and $700 + shipping.
Our mold down payment is $15,000, hence the above numbers. We're willing to do it though if there's something enough people want.
If enough people want the same design AND my business partner Gil likes it (since it is his $30,000 car we're tearing apart lol) we'll make a bumper, take pics and THEN do a pre-sale on it.
Want to get it all ready in time to buy for tax season so let us know what you want

In my opinion, I think you will get the most interest on a cheap replica of any HSV front end. Since they would be $700, thats on par with a GXP, the bezels are easy to come by, ect. Just make it bolt up to the G8 hood and youd be golden. Unless copyright issues hop in.
And you might not get much interest on here but I saw Gil's on the other board

getting the accessories would be a paint though

I might have worded it weird. I was meaning more along the lines of use pieces that people already have from their stock bumper to keep costs down. Like the stock upper grills, maybe find a way to integrate either the GXP fog bezel or another GM bezel (maybe SS) so parts are easier to come by.

Thats a tough one because my Florida group has a mystery dealer that is getting fiberglass HSV reps shipped over from Australia for $450 plus whatever shipping is divided up among them. I'd prefer a urethane bumper but he is taking a chunk out of the G8 group

^^that guy bought 5-10 bumpers from the dealership in Canada when they had a large stock of them. He will sell out of those fast. and then they will be hard to find again. I bought my GXP bumper from the dealership in Canada for $600 shipped. as time goes on these bumpers will steadily get more expensive. a $700 price right now is a good deal. However i like the VE SSV or HSV VE GTS bumper.
