Bad comparison.
The G8 GT has a different engine with 50 less hp, no M6 gearbox yet, different diff ratios, way smaller brakes, smaller wheels and smaller tyres. The G8 GT also costs a shipload less than the car in that video.

Well we will end up with an M6 and an LS3 in it, and more than likely all of the other go fast goodies...so I thought it could at least provide us with some car ****.

Agreed, top gear is the greatest car show I know of. Honest and blunt unbiased comparisons of everything they drive. Real world results and test drives. All their talk is backed up and all their vehicle side-by-sides are shown and proven.
