Could someone tell us whether the new G8 has true duals all the way back or the friggin Y pipe parade ?

True Duals but in the middle of the car it go's into one can with dual in and out.

So that would be another version of the Y-pipe except smaller ? Or would it have the same effect or purpose as a H-pipe ?

I believe it is a X inside the muffler in the middle of the car .

Ok. Reason I ask is cause I was talking to a guy who was driving one yesterday . I was trying to get him to run but he passed on that . Anyway , when he left he got on it hard and it almost sounded like a Vette .

Actually it is just straight through on each side. No "H" or "X" of any kind in it

Maybe thats the reason it kinda sounds like a V8 BMW M series . Anyone seen its exhaust system .
