No plug and play 4.10s available that I know of. If you do a Ford 8.8 center section, or the 9" Moser SRA swap in progress for the GTO (see EPP Thread), you can then get 4.10s or just about any other gear sets.

You can do a rebuild rear section with the gears for $1600. More for an upgraded diff and cover.

edit - I forget a "1"

I wish they weren't so pricy,

I'd love the 3.91:1 gears

Oh?? Have more details?? Something I might want to consider.

To the OP, there are also 3.08s available if you need to go in the opposite direction.

IIRC, it was available through a non-sponsor of this site (but a sponsor on LS1GTO.com). PM if you would like to know.

not 100% shure on this one. from what i have heard it's like $600 for just the ring and pinion. then another $200 for the master install kit, and another i don't know how much to have it installed

I found the ring an pinions up to $750 bucks. And its not worth that much in my eyes.

If you can manage to get a 4.10 in their it would probably be a good idea to change to a solid drive shaft and upgrade the axle stubs and CV shafts....... So it seems like a lot more money than just changing a gear....... IMHO.....
