Your gonna need FI for sure..... Heads, FI Cam, Intake, FI or Nos, Your also gonna want to forge your internals.... You might as well bore and stroke the motor while your at it.... Brad at Modern Muscle has a 04 GTO thats putting 500RWHP NA with full bolt on's & Meth Inj....

600hp NA and that stock under the hood look = A Worked up LS7 (in either 427 or 440 cubes and its gonna cost ya).
Hmm.... I wonder will the LS7 stock exhaust manifolds fit under the hood of a GTO (without hitting anything)?
As he's in CA he would have issues with Long Tube headers at the inspection stations.
Easiest way to get to the 600rwhp range is boosted with forged pistons. Pick a super charger or turbo setup and configure it for your needs.
Either way the drive train will need an upgrade!

Yea being in california I have to worry about it being able to smog so I talked to a guy about putting a pro charger on and doing a couple of other thing's and he said I should be good. As far as the wheel hop what do most people do to take car of that straight axel or stronger rear axel.

Others have said that running 1 larger axle will cure hop,but the gto forum is probably the best place to research it. tons of threads in the drivetrain and suspension forum on the wheelhop subjevt.
Glad you changed your mind about 600 to the tires NA,in Cali i would not say it would be impossible, but extremely costly and highly improbable.

lol..I have to tell you a story.. (hendrix engineering)
my buddy has a 05 gto he bought a brand new 112 maggie from lingenfelter and was going to call it a day..well after doing his research the 122 was just coming out and he wanted the 122 know...so he sold the 112 still new in the box never installed.. about 6 months later he is getting ready to buy the 122 then he seen a thread on the new harrop 2300. so he siad **** it I want the 2300. so he goes threw a guy in michigan to get the 2300 blower from harrop instead of the 122 maggie. well he didnt do much research on the 2300 and how much air it moves vs the 122. so he is scared knowing that his engine might not live long with the big 2300. so he does a blower cam and puts the 2300 on there and gets a base tune just so he can drive aroung in it. well that was about 7 months ago and he has never tuned it for boost. he is to scared that he is going to grenaid the bottom end. so he orders a new 408 kit from a local engine shop (good thinking) he ran out of money when he bought the motor and is on idle right know. well me and my tuner and him was curious on what numbers people are putting down on the 2300 stock and forged engines. we know that the 122 on a stock engine can put down low to mid 500's on the dyno but we havent sen to many people running these new 2300's. (locally) we want to see what it does h.p. wise vs the 122.
thanks

We can get you a new 2300 and you can do it,your rod bolts wont like it for long at 600 rwhp but the 2300 will do it and smile, and it will have nice street manors unlike a 600 hp na car that will suck a ton of gas and drive like crap.Give us a call if we can help you.

KB doesnt make a kit... But East Texas Performance is building a twin screw setup that utilizes the KB unit..... Your gonna most deff need forged internals for that monster.... Twin Screw with pulley swap..... Can you say 600 RWHP...
