Default How are you guys getting F-Body rims on your Goats?

I've seen plenty of people running F-body wheels with DR's on Goat's so just wondering how you guys get it to work? I have some 16x8 T/A wheels with some M/T 26x11.5x16 slicks and I would like to slap them on to make a couple passes in my Dad's car. I know the lug patterns are different but they are close enough to work and my M/T's will fit considering we have the fenders cut and no clearance issues with the 275 BFG KD2's. That leaves my confusion to getting lug centric f-body wheels on a hub centric GTO?

I took my ruff racing wheels off my Z28 and stuck them on my Gto. The offset may not be correct but I think they fit and look nice. I just needed to roll my fenders a bit . I put a stiffer spring in the back Also cause the stock ones suck. The wheels are 18inch the back On a 9.5 in rim With 275 nitto tire. Hope that helps

The stock F-Body wheels should just bolt right on. At least the ones I have tried didn't need to do anything: Stock 96 WS6 wheels, 16" Firehawk wheels, and 16" stock TA wheels.

gto lug pattern is 5x120 , f-body is 5x120.65 in metric

or 5x4 3/4" in sae , so as you can tell the .65mm is less than a 1mm difference spread over the log pattern

so yes other than offset they work , and a friend of mine used the 16x8 with a 26" slick i dont remember the width but i wanna say a 9 or 10 and he didnt have to do anything , but make sure his bir bag pressure was right for launching

Factory Z28 wheels will only fit on the rear... I know this becasue I had them on my GTO for about 6 months. The only way you can get them on the front is with spacers. The tire rubs the strut. (and NO, not because of strut rub, my GTO wheels fit fine)
