Default changing GTO Headlight

Hey guys im changing my headlight tomorrow and i was wondering if im going to have to take off the front bumper in order to replace it? I was looking at it today and i dont see how it will come out if the bumper does come off. This is going to suck isnt it...

yes the bumper cover has to come off, it's an easy job, just don't break the clips or the bumper cover will NEVER seat back on correctly.

Remove the three screws at the top center. Remove the two screws at each fender well. While pressing inward on the foglamp housing area, pull outward on the edge at the fender well. There are thee clips in this area, two at the edge near the fender well, and one under the side of the headlamp. Do both sides and the cover slides right off, you will need to disconnect the headlight wires harness plug below the horn at the drivers side, once the cover is removed slightly. Several write ups on LS1GTO.com

Once you've had it off, it is about a 3 minute job. The clips are a bitch though.

Well got that done. It was real quick getting it off and changeing the headlight. Putting it back on took a little longer but all went smoothe. Thanks to everyone that helped me out on this.
