Default Stainless Works 3" Chambered Exhaust now available

Stainless Works now has a 3" chambered exhaust available for the 2004 GTO. The system is 3" from the two bolt flange back, and has dual straight through chambered mufflers. The system is mandrel bent 18 guage 304 s/s, and includes an x pipe and all required hangers and clamps.

Two different exit options are avilable-one uses a "wide oval" tip with dual 3" inlets and exits through the factory valence. The other uses dual 3" "splitter tips" like the 64-65 GTO. The splitter tips will require that the hole in the rear valence be filled.

MSRP on the Wide oval system is $699, and the dual splitter tip system is $799. We back our products with a lifetime guarantee.

We will have long tube headers available in the next two weeks, and several other products as well-s/s strut tower brace, cold air intake, etc.

If you have any questions or to order, please call 800-878-3635 or email me at alstainlessworks@aol.com.

I will be working to put sound clips on our website next week

Thanks
Al Noe

Wish I had a GTO to put one on. That's a nice setup for sure, and with long tunes it'll be just plain nasty

Mike

It actually is not as bad as you might think. You could leave it open, but if it were me I would fill it in (I am somewhat picky, though). The dual splitter tips in 3" do look awesome, and they are mirror polished standard-I did not have time to get a set polished for the photos we took. It definately adds some retro style to the car. Now we need to do a Ram Air hood!

I know that there are a few companies working on rear facias, but I am not sure if someone will do them without an opening. If anyone knows of one let me know-I would love to have an option that is a bolt on for customers that want the splitter tips.

Thanks
Al Noe

can you show a pic of the GTO with the dual splitters, how they look on the car... not a close up, but the whole car (rear 3/4 view) and it sitting on the street not on the hoist.... maybe people will like it better if they can get a proper view of how it looks.

OMG!!! Get sound clips up ASAP!! Those splitter tips look perfect, just get some polished ones! How much for a group purchase with the splitters?? You guys should team up with someone that does fiberglass and make a "bolt-in" filler panel for that spot where the stock tips go. That would be pretty slick. You'd just bolt everything on and then paint the filler panel!

Hi Guys

Sound and video clips are on our website at:

www.stainlessworks.net

Thanks for your patience-we have doubled the size of our facility in the past 6 months and between hiring new people, building permits, etc, it has been really hectic.

The first batch of GTO headers and exhaust systems we built have been sold to our distributors. Right now we are building our next batch and these will be shipping in 4-6 weeks. The first batch went to Speed Inc., BMR, MTI, and several other non board sponsors. Our headers and oval tip dual 3" exhaust were used by MTI on their awesome 455 CID LS1 that made over 530RWHP. Pricing is 899 for headers with off road pipes, 1299 for headers with 3" cats, 699 for a dual 3" cat back exhaust that bolts up to the factory two bolt flange (3" 304 s/s with 3/8" laser cut flanges, x pipe and dual chambered tube mufflers), or 799 for a dual exit splitter tip system that has one dual 3" y tip that dumps behind each rear tire.

If you have any questions, please email me at alstainlessworks@aol.com or call us at 800-878-3635.

Thanks
Al
