This actually a friend of mines car. He bought it from a dealership in dallas about a month ago with all the work already done to it. It wasnt until we drove it home and put approx 500 miles on it that this issue showed up. That being said it has comp springs, speedinc pushrods of unknown length, and a comp 116 hr cam.

I can assure you that something wasn't right when they did the swap. You can clearly see the ride marks on the cam lobe from the lifters turning. I have seen this happen when guys do a cam swap with old worn out lifter cartridges. You can see that the oil pressure wasn't an issue from the cam journals being hardly scorned. They were clearly scorned from the debris transferred through the engine. Good luck with the rebuild bud, hope most of the parts can be saved.
