Any one recognize this GTO?

My friend was the original owner of the car. Heads/cam/suspension were installed @ Behe Performance in MD, but they did an extremely horrible job tuning so we trailered it down to Nick Williams for the tune. EB3 in Northern VA installed the solid rear.

Idk the specs but it's a streetsweeper cam I believe with the AFR 225 heads. Also the Numbers if I remember correctly were 451/410 or something like that. 3.90 gears. 2 piece driveshaft. Spec stage 3 clutch.

want to sell the rims and run VMR's so i can put something bigger then these 245's on it... they dont hook worth **** lol
did he ever spray it or anything nuts? lol to late now but just curious.
know anyone who would want the 3.90's or the rims and tires?
