Makes me feel better that it is am 06 (04 a4 has its own "special" harness) lol but I just spent way to long cutting and redoing my harness in my 04 and swapped in a 3 speed Saginaw.....this winter open on swapping it out for a 4 speed Muncie

I figured my suggestion was at least worthy of a chuckle.

Whether the OP's interested or not, I'm located in central TX if there's any M6 owners thinking about this swap.

You can pick up Muncie 4 speeds in great shspe for around $750-800 all over the place

Trying to keep it looking factory (though I will be upgrading the T56 and clutch I end up with).

Plus, gathering up all the supporting parts is a complete PITA since any wrecked GTOs end up salvaged as ready swaps with complete engines, trans, and supporting parts.

If forced to wait long enough, I'll bite the bullet and spend the $ to buy a salvage myself.
