This is a VY SS with the 19's on it. They come in a couple of different colours too.

those are monaro series 1 rims, no longer being used.. Holden have been using them since the VT series 2 hsv's in 1998!
As someone correctly mentioned, the standard monaro rims are VY SS rims from that JHP webpage
you can buy many of these 2nd hand out of the trading post, as people are fitting bigger HSV wheels to their monaro's
