new motor only getting spark on 4 cylinders

finally got it to start it took the 3rd crank sensor to fix it after all it idles rough but does idle and its gets smoother as the rpm go up I need to make sure I did the idle relearn correctly but I think it just needs to run a while and do some relearning with the new motor and have the tune cleaned up for sure thanks for all the help
