I saw one(purple) in Lombard w/o rear spoiler, and I was thinking about
doing the same thing

 

You sure it wasn't blue and mine.

John, your memory is going. You've seen my car in person without the spoiler.

 

My car is in the shop right now having that very thing done. I drove car for 3 days and then decided to remove it. They have had a little problem matching color but it does look way better. But Im probably a little biased since Ive been without my car for a week now and still waiting......
I will have pics hopefully by end of week....

I think it looks really clean without the spoiler IMHO.

 

Ok, Im a pic rookie, so if this doesnt work please dont shoot me. Heres my car after spoiler removed.

 

John, this is mine. Was going to have the 427 in it by now, but I'm a bit behind in my projects. That will change by spring, knock on simulated wood. The trunklids, unfortunately with the punched holes, are cheap...around $250 dealer / employee cost. Filled in the holes and painted...love the way it looks...looks much more sophisticated with the 18's and the spoiler "delete".
