Default Anyone Install an SLP LM on their goat yet?

Like the title says....anyone put one on their goat yet? I put mine in this weekend and ran into a couple of snags.....just wondering if anyone else had the same kind of problems? I had to take off the passenger side hanger near the muffler because, if left on it would have rubbed against the drive shaft and I also noticed that my tailpipes are a little off to the left. I tried adjusting it as bast as I could but there seemed to be no remedy, especially for the hanger. Only thing I could think of is that i put the X-pipe in upside down, but it seemed that there really didn't seem to be aleft or right side for it.....I dunno, just wondering how the system has faired for others.

Mine bolted up perfectly and looks stock out the back. Maybe you need to do some adjusting to get it right. The only problem I had at first was the tips are so large that they were rubbing together causing a vibration. Easy adjustment. How do you like the sound. I think its OK but cant compare to my GMMG on my TA.

I actually pulled it apart a few times and tried to readjust....made it a little bit better but still not happy. I am getting back under it next weekend and am going to try to adjust some more. Sounds pretty damn good. Not as loud as everyone makes it out to be, but then again I still have stock manifolds and cats on it.

Turn your "X" pipe around/over.

Dammit.....I thought that may be the problem. I checked and double checked and the "instructions" made no mention of it. I didn't want to get back under the car in this weather but I guess I don't have much of a choice!

Yup, we encountered that when putting mine on, only to flip it over and voila....

It worked.

Plus I bet you'll have an easier time lining up the tail pipes once you correct the "X" pipe.
