Looked at a new orange 06 last night.....
So I went to the pontiac site and looked at trade in on my 04 K1500.It stickered for 27k 1.5 years ago,now with most options and 15k its worth 10-13k trade in value.WTF! Needless to say I won't be buying.

As far as trade in values go, don't be suprised. With all the new badass car deals on new vehicles, the used market has TANKED. Used car values are down, and as a result, the trade values have gone down. You'll get $15k or $16k tops if you are lucky. I had a truck that stickered for $31,000 and less than two years later I had trouble getting $16k for it.
That's just the way it goes. You'd likely have better luck trading in your Camaro if it's closer to being paid off, or is paid off.

There are also things you can do to improve your trade in value of your existing vehicle.
New tires, clean and wash the car, clean everything out of the interior, and I mean everything. Make the car/truck look as new as possible, you will definately be surprised how much more they'll give you if you do all of that.
I noticed a $3000 increase just from cleaning and detailing. I never kept anything in my vehicles, and I never allow food or drink, so there were never any stains inside. I also have no children, so that helped. Not smoking is another huge bennefit.
I got $16k for my 2003 Silverado that stickered for $31k after only two years. Depreciation sucks.

I had a Silverado LS Ext cab short bed as well. I cleaned the hell out of it the other day and the used car guys were impressed as hell. I got 15k on the trade, which is not bad, but not great either.
I am the proud new owner of an 05 Quicksilver M6 too!

I recently saw an 06 GTO with the orange color. It looks to be nearly identical to the Orange Fusion Metallic on my 04 Grand Prix Comp G. I really do love it. I have received a couple of dozen compliments on my car and its color.

Kinda old thread...but I'll chime in since I just registered. I'm expecting my Brazen Orange to arrive soon. I have to disagree with you Firehawk0220
Black looks great when clean, but shows swirl marks and dirt so easily. Silver and red have never been my bag either. I admit I wasn't sure about the orange at first, but it's light enough of a color and unique enough that it grew on me quickly. I definately don't like orange cars that are the color of pumpkins or oranges.
