its not bad. i would have positioned it alittle further up the hood and molded it smoothly to the hood, but its not bad. im personaly not one for that hood, but it turned out nice.

I don't think it looks good at all.
It doesn't fit the lines of the car, it looks as if it was just placed on the hood with double sided tape, and it is to far away to be of much use.

Wow! The pics are great. What a fantastic idea to present a retro look to a rather dull front end!
I noticed the R/K Sports ram air hood. Did you do the work also? It, too, looks fantastic.
The quality of the installation and paint match is fantastic.

I have to say it's not absolutely horrible. From some angles, it doesn't look bad at all, but the squarish style doesn't fit the rounded styling of the GTO. But I think you did a wonderful job and that you should be congratulated. Congrats!

Hello,
First, I think your tach setup looks great!
I realize this post is over a year old, but a have a question you may be able to answer. I'm new to this whole LS engine thing. I'm curious, how did you wire the tach into the harness? Is there a wire or an adapter needed to pull the right signal from the coil-on-plug setup to run that traditional tach? I have a 68 Chevelle that I'm dropping an LQ4 into that I would like to use my Autometer ultra-lite tach to match the rest of my gauges.
if you can PM me that would be great.
Thanks
