I've never seen any "NEW" 06s for 22k any where. There's one 06 left over at a local lot here and the sticker price is still 30k and the cars only has 106mi on it. If you can find a "NEW" 06 for 22k just buy it and don't ask questions, that would probably be one deal you didn't get ripped on!!!
