Are they equal? I just put a new pump on the car with a cooler, with this be sufficient with good fluid? Or do I need to add the PSC pump along with it?

I put trans fluid in it to flush it(trans fluid has high detergent content) and am about to change the fluid.

If I can do with a stock pump, cooler and Redline fluid I will leave it.

I use the stock pump, factory fluid, and stock cooler. I change the fluid twice a year and am still on the same stock pump.

Got the Turn One Pump without cooler since 2006. No problems.
EDIT: Oh you already have a cooler with your stock pump, this should be OK then.

Turn one pump is not really an option, if I do a pump at all it will be a PSC pump, its a $100.

I cut a hole in the lower right of the fan shroud and mounted a Derale part#13200 there. Fit pretty good.

I run a stocker with a cooler, and all is well.. It is a band-aid though. It will work, but its not perfect.

The thing about the Turn One or the PSC is that they physically reduce the amount of fluid that the pumps actually move above 3k rpms, which translates into improved feedback through the steering wheel and slightly more effort. This will keep the fluid cooler, make the pump and rack last longer and will probably allow you to be just a touch faster given the extra feedback.

Our cars are a bit numb through the steering wheel.. Feedback is a good thing and I personally want more.
