Durable enough?
Looking for opinions on GM Parts Perf LS3 with hot cam-- http://www.crateenginedepot.com/stor...9-P2218C2.aspx
Will be used in my Griggs Mustang Notchback, weight around 3300 max. I plan to use the car about 40% track, 60% street. I'm concerned about the hyperutectic pistons mostly.

You shouldn't worry about the pistons. As with all LS motors, oil control is key. There are many discussions on this forum regarding accusump, drysump, etc... It would be wise to have a drysump if you can afford it. If not, a properly configured accusump is your best bet.
