Title says it all. Did 2x laps. What a blast! Way more fun (and intense) than drag racing. I took it easy being my 1st time out, but still managed to complete the 13mile circuit in under 12 minutes.

Yes that track is very addictive. I have got a couple of laps under my from there. I have been going there off and on since 1985. Haven't been back to the track in a couple of years though.

Did you track experience uncover some problem area's for your car? What will be the next round of mods or suggested changes you will address as a result of your experience? What is your current setup just for reference?

The trans was overheating on the 2nd run. A cooler or different fluid will probably be the next change. Everything else was working surprisingly well together. Here's the current applicable mods:

This is like saying
"HEY GUYS! I just had sex for the first time and it was with Jenna Jameson!!"
As many "first times" I've had at tracks over the years, you'd have to roll all those into one to even get close to your experience.
I mean this in the best way possible but, you sir, are an *******.

For Bene, the entrance isn't at the big "terminal" where all the shops/ stores are. It's about 2km north. You pay for the Ring at a little shack next to the track and receive a plastic credit card. You then swipe the card at the entrance to the track and the gate opens. Simple as that.

BTW, guess there was a pic of my car at the track. A guy from the F-body Europe site led me to it.

Don't put a solid sway bar in put a strano hollow bar. There is none better or lighter. I agree with the shock comment too. Koni yellow are way better then stock. Add strano springs and you have your self a mighty fine weekend warrior track car there.

Lucky guy. Bilstein adjustable inserts set up for your car all around.
Find some shop that does them & know how to set them for your cars 4 corners...on a normal track that you might use you could possibly run 2 sec quicker.
