MFBA Road America HPDE Invite, May 4th & 5th 2013
The MFBA Road America Spring Rental dates have been set!
We'll be renting the track out the weekend of May 4th and 5th, 2013.
Full details and registration is available via our website:
http://roadamerica.mfba.org/
All Make and Model Cars are Welcome to come out and Participate in this event!!
We have 4 run groups based on experience that get 4-5 20 min sessions
out on track each day. You will have a LOT of track time! Most people
are exhausted by the end of the day.
Instructors are available free of charge for people who would like
them, and anyone who has not been on Road America will automatically
have an instructor assigned to them.
Pricing..........................................W eekend..............Single Day
Now till Feb 14th............................$395.............. .......$235
Feb 14th to Apr 13th......................$445.................... ..$255
Apr 13th to day of Event.................$495.....................$27 5
Spectators........................................ ........................$5
Many of you noticed that we pushed last years event pretty hard to
make it a success. We do plan to push this event even harder. We
anticipate that some run groups will fill up early so we strongly
encourage per-registration.
Thanks and we hope to see you in the spring!

Tuesday morning bump. Group A and B are almost at capacity and C and D are filling up fast since our attendance at the Road America booth during the Chicago Auto show. Sign up now cause we are capping the amount of vehicles on track and at this pace we will be sold out well before our track date!

Well we used to be able to run the touring session on the lunch break.
That is not allowed now, also the laps will be limited to 55 mph.
We cannot take time from the hot sessions to run a touring session.
Or even an extremely shortened touring @ 55 mph.
Not worth it.
So we are looking at putting time we gain from no touring session back into the schedule for longer hot sessions.

We're getting close & the event is near capacity. If your thinking of heading out please inquire via email to midwestfbody@gmail.com about availability.
As of 4/7/13 we do not look like we will be able to take ANY walk up registrations.

Going to be a fun event. Heading there with a group of friends. I'll be getting my car back from the shop the day before the event, so I won't be running.
Still though, last year was fun and I'm quite excited about this year as well.

Think positive! two years ago the weather forecast looked horrible and all we had was a couple of periods of drizzle. The rain stayed away and we're hoping for the same. Make that praying for the same considering I will be outside all day for tech and working the grid. lol

Was beyond ridiculous... the weather, the cars, the people. Can't say thank you enough to the MFBA people who made this happen, the instructors, Road America (seriously the staff is on the ball) and finally the drivers who signed up and came out to enjoy themselves.
Will be back next year!!!!
