Question pro-touring suspension advise?

I am new to ls1tech so I would really appreciate some advise. I recently purchased a 68 camaro and i need help with the suspension. I am currently turning it into an LS1 powered pro-tour car, and I dont know what will handle the best on a mid budget. As of right now upgrades are 18X8 rims up front and 18X10 out back and Baer discs all around. I also want to lower it about 2in. Any advise would be REALLY appreciated. Thanks

In the works: t-56, shaved handles, pwr locks-windows, 2-3in cowl hood, custom interior, PROCHARGER!!!!!!

A good set of adjustable shocks with coil over will work out very well. plus a nice set of sway bars will help alot in the twisties. Also look at global west a - arms, they help give u the correct caster/ camber.

Guldstrand Mod is a great trick to improve handling on the first gen cars. Wander over to www.pro-touring.com and look around in the suspension forum. Lots of great threads with killer info for 1st gens.
