What gear ratio is most common? Reason I ask is beacuse I have a 3.40 9 inch center section nodular 3.062 bearing with a 31 spline locker REM gears timken bearings ARP fastners and an internal pump (driven off the pinion ) and a G force billet 1350 yoke might be willing to part with it for a reasonable price

I might be interested depending on the price. Especially if the pinion support is NOT aluminum?

Extended high speeds heat the aluminum at a different rate than the iron. The aluminum supprts like to spit the pinion seal out after a while at speed. Ask me how I know . Nothing like dong a patch job on your rear end while the gear lube that is spilling out everywhere is still near boiling temps.

Is a differential oil cooler needed when running these events?

I have 3:90's out back in my RX-7 with my LS1/T56 driveline. Would like to run an open road race event in 2005. The T56 and 450rwhp could create some pretty amazing top speeds.

Are you guys running engine oil coolers? If so where did you source the kit/parts?

thanks... maybe we'll see each other at one of these events in 2005. I have some 285/30/18 Hoosier R3S03's begging to be driven hard.
