FS: Baer/Alcon 13.5x1.25 front brakes (complete)
Fellow mods....sorry to post this here, but I figured it would not be seen well in the FS section due to the nature of this part
Baer/Alcon 4 piston brakes (front). 13.5 x 1.25" rotors. Comes complete with EVERYTHING you need....including the spindles so the system is essentially a direct bolt in. Calipers, rotors (hats anodized blue), pads, adapter brackets, hardware, spindles, etc... THese will work on an LT1 or LS1 car. This setup was $2500 new.
$1100 shipped
or
$875 shipped w/LS1 front brake setup in return

Grate move, I got the same setup; you wont believe the difference.
I did 1.1 g's stopping (e-tech) 75mph to 0
When you bleed them, don't forget to bleed both sides of each caliper.
Tap them a few times between bleeds to get any bubbles.
I love to scare the s out of unsuspecting passengers, you can brake at the last possible moment, they seem to stop in 1/3 the distance of stock.
btw thats the biggest #'s I get out of my e-tech, I wish I could match it in all directions.
1.1 stoping, .96 left turn, .94 right turn, and I forget but I think .65 acceleration.
YOUR GANNA LOVE THEM.

Yah, i have the willwood 8 piston and 14in rotors on my race car and that is why i need to get some good brakes for the wifes. The stock setup just aint as much as i would like it to be for me or her driving.. If he doesnt want to send out the stuff to me first "after i pay him of coarse" then i will just pay the 1100 shipped. I need some asap before i wreck lol...

I have 4 piston AP calipers and Alcon 13" rotors on my RX-7 with Ferrodo DS3000 pads. They stop like a **** and I have zero fade without even ducting the rotors on the road courses here in NorCal. 2800lbs and a 440rwhp combo LS1/T56 pushing it.
You will love that kit and that seems like a good price assuming the rotors aren't toast. My rotors are $250 each thru a hookup... I cringed when I had to replace them.

It must be nice to have them, I ordered the same setup from Year One and Baer in the middle of June and even though they took the money out of my account the same day , they still can't tell me when to expect getting them. Not real happy with Baer right now.

Jason, you said you mailed these things out to me on the 19th of September. Still haven't recieved them, and you still have not given me a tracking number or responded to my last email I sent to you about a week ago. Are you still around or what?

I got them in this afternoon. No need to get the tracking number, although when I check it online it says that it went out on the 29th not the 19th. I take it that they use the stock brake lines? Thanks

The 29th!? They were dropped off on the 21st. I wonder if they sat at the shipping place for a while? I am calling them tomorrow, that is rediculous....they told me they would go out the next day.
Glad you got them ok. they are killer brakes! I would recommend buying stainless braided lines...that is what I used. I would not recommend stock ones.

looks good, thanks for the pics.
Does anyone know if these brakes require ls1 lines or can I use lt1 lines. Don't know if the connection between the front line and the caliper are the same for lt1's and ls1's. I'm about to order SS braided lines and don't know which ones to get.
